Quest Hospitality Software provides management with control over cashiers and inventory. Management has the ability to monitor cashier clock in and clock out times, and can produce real-time reports showing complete transaction auditing. Happy hour and member price changes are completely automaitic. Inventory levels are maintained in real-time as a product is sold. Reports can be produced at anytime showing not only the stock quantity that should be on-hand, but also its value, helping to identify product waste or shrinkage.

For restaurants, Table servers can maximize their time on the restaurant floor by the simple operation of Quest V-Touch or Quest Walkabout hand held terminals. Complete orders including cooking instructions can be input at the POS terminal. Remote printing enables food orders to be printed in the kitchen and drink orders in the bar as soon as the cashier commits the order. The operation of a kitchen monitor system in the food preparation area helps improve kitchen efficiency. Clear visual information indicates orders that need to be fulfilled and the time since an order was placed by a server.

Quest Point-of-sale systems will also integrate with video surveillance systems such that every transaction is recorded together with camera images from the security system.

Digital7’s exclusive partnership with Quest enables us to provide the very best Queenstown-based technical support for set up and maintenance of Quest point-of-sale systems
